Problem launching Steam

Is your OS windows10? or Windows 7?
32bit or 64 bit.
When did this start and what changes happened?

It happened on August 31, I talked to support. I tried a lot of things and nothing helped. Support told me to write here and closed the request because they couldn't help. As a result, I updated the drivers, turned off my 2 main antiviruses, restarted the computer, reinstalled 2-3 times.
