HELP I NEED STEAM SUPPORT
Hi. Every time I try to buy something, steam says my bank has declined it because the address is wrong.
The address IS correct, and I have even confirmed with my bank that the payment went through.

It won't let me have my game though, and when I try to go through the steam support system, it just tells me there's no issue and to call my bank.
There's no phone number, no email, no way at all to actually make a ticket that I can find.
This is clearly a glitch, NOT a banking issue.

How do I either resolve this, or actually contact someone to help me? I feel like I'm going crazy.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate the link, but that's where I went before. It just puts me in a loop and then tells me to call my bank. Never actually lets me contact steam.
I finally got a textbox. Hopefully someone responds.
