so try reduce steam resource, could be a help, another steam user post this network issue a few days ago, but gl fid that he mention other settings with it also. accroding to him they helped.

as the other user point out i have server, see even that is the problem noone here know what each steam user has running at own home network.

its your jobe to have best network with cable even, to have lowest lantance and transfer network, wifi and VPN is not this, Anything go though air or bounce at wall will get reduce network, and again here steam user dont mention each own network, and even if you did we will say try cable. ( dont have old patch cable, ppl with 1GB lines should use cat6, to max last % over cat5. see wiki page with why it is so.

see steam library settings, ( it dont matter now if it work now, it was more a steam will shutdown service if you cant run or have enough free resource , i know i have read it somewhere, problem is so many steampage with this and that. )

and sometimes they little clues here and there, most dont notice.

you could have a steam server glitch but its friday now and still dont fit anything other then a temporay nwtwork issue, or your isp had some, how else can we accpet why does it work now.

you know very well things dont fix itself, someone did something, and wola now it look like that to us as users.


+ all them faulty finding trials and test you been thourgh, im sure you can see a problem here if you need to do all this again.

this is not funny as we say it today, make sure you know own ISP do not have planned work and cause this issue.

i recommend yuo get ISP sms server for network issue if they have such service tell customer then they network related information, so we as user dont naed to make a issue out of it until its over and still not working so you can act on it.

old past tip is if you dont want to act wait max 24hours, then act on it was from modem age

and reboot own router even, do not wait more then 24 hours, reson is what if ppl forget past event at ISP custom service, they will treat is to be a new case, and might forget past 24 hours issue taht has happend, ( we have seen steam user he report things 14 days or month later, we are steam usre here its not our job to remember things so many days ago or mixup past event as a mistake, you can find many steam user that think they can use past sowntime on a network issue , and technicaly you cant. ( isp own network expand and get upgrade all the time, so you cansee the problem with reuse old issue jsut like you have now, and noone atm no why it work again or was down.

gl understand the topic, and now its over according to you, untill you post its back again dont work. gl with all them possibilities, all this is seen before. and we are still only steam users here.

I’m using Steam Link on Android too and it was working fine this morning, but now it just doesn’t work.

Yeah look like a spreadout issue all around the worlf with diffrent steam user, and it cant a be ISP issue then most of you will not have same ISP, you all need to make ticket, most here will not use 2 sec on it other then steam should look at it.


This can be a isolated issue with 2-3 stea user. dont saty in steam Beta if you are, if this now cause issue, i have no other idea atn.

And it dont help here when OP dont have the issue anymore.
