I'm trying to clarify something about Steam Replay and hidden games. According to Steam’s official announcement, any game marked as “hidden” before December 14 should be excluded from the yearly summary.
This year I’ve played Assassin’s Creed Valhalla for over 120 hours, but I don’t want it to appear in my 2025 Replay — especially in the visual summary that showcases your top 5 most played games and appears as a profile showcase.
If I hide the game before December 14, will it definitely be excluded from that top 5 image and the Replay stats?
Has anyone tested this in previous years and confirmed that hidden games are truly filtered out? I'd really appreciate any insights or personal experiences. This matters a lot to me, so thanks in advance!
