Paid a game (Silksong) that does't appear in my library.
I managed to buy Silksong, and the game doesn't appear in my library, nor in my Purchase History. BUT it appears in my bank account, it also took my money.
When i try to use Steam Support for the "I need help completing this purchase" or for the "I have a question about this purchase" a bright red text appears that says "Failed to load data about that transaction".
Does someone have the same problem, or a solution?

Checked. It doesn't appear in my steam's transaction history. But it appears in my bank account's transaction history.

If it doesn't appear on Steam then Valve never received the money and the money should return in a few working days with the original charge falling off your statement. In the meantime, you will need to purchase it again but I recommend waiting a while because the servers are absolutely broken right now and you may run into another failed transaction where the money leaves your account but doesn't reach Steam.

Thanks for the help, i managed to buy the game, but i had to re-spend 20 euros. If the returning money comes back in my steam wallet, is there a way to make them return to my card?

The money wont return via Steam because Valve never received the money - it left your bank account and is currently in limbo but will return directly to your bank. Just keep an eye on your statement/balance and the money will return in a few working days and any charge should disappear from record as it didn't happen. Glad you were able to buy the game and hopefully store-wide issues are fixed now.
