Can access the payment method screen but not able to complete purchase
All I've seen online is people not even being able to get that far. Is this user error on my end or are the servers still the problem?

Servers.

Continue being patient. Keep trying every so often. Don't hammer the servers.

My purchase just went through a few minutes ago.

I clicked the purchase button over and over again for 15 seconds and it worked. Try it also.
