first of all my network speed is around 300mbps constant
idle latency - 5 ms
download latency - 7ms
upload latency - 6ms

My biggest problem is when i play steam games , almost every steam game which need an internet connection to play like cs2 or rematch .. i face ping issues . the closest server ping i get is around 100 but that's not the case in non-steam games . each and every other steam game have a stable ping of around 20-40 ping . also everything else related to network is working excellent , even downloading in steam in super good but the speed in every steam game server is very bad ( almost double )

I have tried everything , i have read every reddit post for this type of problem and my problem isn't solved .

Things you should not suggest because i have tried them all :

- i am using ethernet cable

- i have reinstalled game and event steam

- i have rebooted my router

- i have no other program in my background that uses data

- i don't have any other tabs open in my steam overlay

- i have seen every video on you tube about it but all are useless

- i have seen every reddit post but non works

so i have to post it by myself for help

if you have any idea what's going on lemme know and pls don't tell the " OBVIOUS " stuff . i am so done from last 2 days doing everything
