Bought Hollow Knight Silksong for a friend
I purchased it, I can see the transaction on my bank account as pending, however my friend has not received the gift and it doesn't show up on my purchase/gift history?

How long will this take to process?

When it stops pending as Valve have yet to receive the money to complete the transaction.

The transaction is pending then you haven't purchased it. The money has left your bank but hasn't yet reached Valve. Keep an eye on your transaction history on Steam because it'll either succeed for fail. If it fails, the money will return to your account in a few working days and any charge will fall off your statement. You will need to try the purchase again if this happens.

They cancelled it due to the issues they were having, luckily I wasn't charged.
