CS2 7900 xtx stutter problem
Hello there can somebody help me out i'm running 7800x3d/7900xtx combo.

I'm having massive stutters/weirdjitter framepacing. got 240 htz monitor. when i cap at 400 fps its worse then i cap under monitor, but then i feel like i'm kinda stuck in the mud and get out peeked way more easily. how can i ru this game 400 fps jitter stutter free on dm ?
