game i purchased not in library
i went to the help>open in library thing but it just stays loading and i cant find the game anywhere in my library even with my other not downloaded games, i have the receipt and steam says its in my library. how do i find it?

enter the name of the game in the search box at the bottom
then select the game
then select "its not in my library"

nah it just wont show me the option to download it
