Hi,

I accidentally canceled a pending Family Sharing invite and now I cannot re-invite the user. The system shows a cooldown on my sixth slot, even though this person was never a full member, never borrowed or shared games, and was only pending.

Steam’s policy says past members can be re-added, but this user does not appear as a past member, which shows the slot was never truly occupied. The cooldown should not apply in this case.

I am not asking for the cooldown to be bypassed. I just need the pending invite restored so the sixth slot can be used properly. Is there a way Steam Support can undo this cancellation without breaking the cooldown rules?
