ive been sitting here all day trying to figure out why some 3 gb updates are saying they will take 13 hours and why some 250 mb updates will take 30 mins its not all downloads that have issues but my download data bar goes up very quickly but my disk usage is very very inconsistent it will jump from 0 to 500 mbps then it will work its way back down to 0 and it takes upwards of an hour to get 2% progress on the green bar under the blue bar and the downloading data bar(blue bar) is always finished while the installing files bar(green bar) is barely half. when i try to download and update games on other launchers they download fast and dont have insane timers for small updates. ive cleared my download cache and ive changed my region and ive restarted my pc and my router but nothing is fixing it. it seems to only be on steam any advice would help greatly thank you
