most likely I have problems with access because of the relationship and developers who work on steam from Russia - I am from Ukraine Odesa!

As you're from Russia (your post history is mostly in Russian), you should note that Steam has suspended sales in Russia and Belarus due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

Well, normal forums allow you to post screenshots - but alas - Steam is behind the times - all the money goes to degradation and sicky DevOps

Instead of ranting, explain clearly what you issues is. We may be able to give a solution or advice for your problem.

because of this I already argued with the game developer - Steam is not a reliable distributor of games - because access to games is limited by access to the Steam client
