Did you open a ticket, whilst logged out on your account?

You were NOT hacked you were phished. You likely visited a very obvious phishing website and willingly entered your details. The phisher then used those details you happily shared to log into your account.

Account security is your responsibility at all times.

What do you mean by “called the support”? Steam does not have a phone number to call. The only way to contact support is to submit a ticket via the support centre

Murilo, tem métodos para vc recuperar a sua conta.
Quando você criou ela, eles te mandaram um e-mail com um código único e inalteravel para poder recuperar ela. Se conseguir esse código você recupera ela.
Além disso, tu vai precisar entrar em contato com o suporte da Steam, através do e-mail que está cadastrado na conta que foi invadida, não em uma conta nova.
