Well, technically all the games are hers ( and yours) since in a Steam Family everyone has the same ownership rights to all shared games. So if you keep up your Steam Family my honest recommendation is to take some time and to sort all games into labeled collections to find stuff easier.

She also CAN click on the "Games & Software" tab at the top in her library and select "Group by Library".
That shows all her games under a generic " My Games" tab and all family share games under "Steam Family"
But that overwrites your own collections and sorting so its not very useful, especially with big game collections since its all presented in just two big blob of games.
