OP, do not do this. This will NOT speed up the response. If anything, it will move you to the back of the queue and may hurt your chances of a refund due to the limited refund window.
Leave your ticket as it is. You WILL get a response soon.
That adds 72 hours to the response time for each support ticket you create for a while, including refund requests as a security measurement.
Don't cancel your ticket. It won't help you but it might put you outside of the refund window.
