Refund delay
Hello, its been almost 2 days since i refunded a game bundle with 2 DLCs(for my steam wallet), but i still didnt get any email of it being rejected or approved, in the email of the refund being recieved, it said that the refund is delayed because i made changes to my account's security settings, i dont even remember doing any changes to it. So, i was wondering how long it usually takes for the refund to be approved or rejected in this circumstance.(it usually takes around 1 to 3 hours at most for the refund to be approved)

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

As long as it's still open, when they get to it.

:nkCool:
They're just busy. As long as the ticket is still open, you will get a response.
Ah, ok, this is the first time in years that i had to wait a while for a refund, i will just have to be patient and wait, thanks guys.

if it takes more than 3 hours cancel the refund and request refund again it will work ong, and if this didnt work which isnt usual contact with steam support they will refund instant when they see ur message

OP, do not do this. This will NOT speed up the response. If anything, it will move you to the back of the queue and may hurt your chances of a refund due to the limited refund window.

Leave your ticket as it is. You WILL get a response soon.

Did you recently change or reset your Steam password? Like in the last few weeks?
That adds 72 hours to the response time for each support ticket you create for a while, including refund requests as a security measurement.

If you changed anything in your account security settings, every refund ticket now has an extra 3-days waiting period on top of normal queue.

Don't cancel your ticket. It won't help you but it might put you outside of the refund window.
