When going into your game library and downloading a game on your phone if you don't have enough space on your default disk it will not allow you to download it remotely, and when you get back to your pc and click download, for me at least it didn't start, I had to go into my storage settings and "delete" a game that was 0 bytes, or nothing, took me a minute to figure it out but once I deleted said non existent game I was able to choose where to download it again, was hoping this might help someone out who may just be a little annoyed, and maybe bring this little bug to an end.
