Games I didn't download or pay for are in my steam library
I opened the steam desk top a[pp and wen on my library and saw games i didn't download an pay for, a few make sense since they're related to games I did download or pay for like toolkits and dedicated servers but some don't makes sense like call of duty, half life, resident evil, and whatever proton and the 9/10 versions of it is

If you had them on your wishlist back in the day during certain sale events you could instantly win some of them.

If these are all free games then its really not a huge problem.
Confirm your purchase history and these should all be "Complimentary". Otherwise your account is hacked(or you literally gave your password to an untrustworthy trade website) and you should try to secure it as soon as possible.

In your library where you see the word "games and tools" click it for the drop down menu and untick ''Tools''.
