Do account recovery process, then click NO to all questions, you be taken to the form to fill out, if you get to a password page during recovery process then click I forgot password to take you to the form to fill out. explain clearly, no long text wall, and keep it simple to understand.
If scammers changed email, and phone number on the account, then you simply have to fail the account search process which is putting in email if no other account is link to it, or put fake made up email like whuaisd@woenas .com. Once fail the search it will pop up a box somewhere on screen if want to search by account login name, click that then search by login name, then type in login name, select the account, and click NO to all questions.
