Since I moved to a new city in Germany I basically can't use the Steam Community Market anymore.

Almost every time I try to buy a trading card to complete a badge I get the message that I made too many requests.

I researched the problem in steam forum and web. A lot of people say it is because I actually did too many request by having too many steam tabs open or using browser extension (like for cs:go items) which make requests. Another explanation is that roommates might use the same IP to make requests. But I don't have anyone else using my connection.

Even when I haven't been online for 48 hrs and start Steam, first thing I do try to go to community market I get this error. No extensions, no tabs, no browsing beforehand.

It drives me ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ insane!

I rly don't want to always restart my router, set my IP to dynamic or use a VPN just for buying a trading card..

What the heck is the problem here?!
