I've been having this issue for awhile now, when i use the steam client and click on a game to play or click on pages here on the discussion tab, i get this quick white boarder and it says "Steam not responding" error. seconds after that it goes away?

Had one of my friends invite me to play games with them, but my invite gets covered with this black box? I have to wait for them to send another invite for it to work.

Anyone else having this issue? Specs are a 3060 MSI graphics card, with a AMD Ryzen 7 2700 X, Windows 11.
