Choose edit preferences and select the bottom option.
Review Score Settings By default, Steam will generate a review score that filters out off-topic review activity and includes only reviews written in your language (if there are enough). You can override that default here to always see a review score that includes all reviews from customers that purchased on Steam.

If it doesn’t change even with this setting, then the reviews shown on the Wishlist must be either a bug or just how the feature is designed, right?
