Graphic issue display on 4k TV though HDMI
Whenever I play the game and start moving the character, horizontal line will show up on TV screen, but the graphic on computer look fine and smooth.

This problem only occur on 4K TV, the graphic on HD TV look just fine, How can I fix the problem, thx
