This might not be a steam issue but I figured I should ask just in case, for the last few weeks I've been having trouble connecting to game servers/lobbies in games (namely Titanfall 2 and CS2), I fail to connect to the server/lobby about 50% of the time.

My country has horrendous internet but im not noticing many issues or a change in quality with the wifi on my phone or while using my browser on pc, even with a vpn most things work well enough.

What could the issue be here? I'm not very knowledgable on computers or internet connections.
