So yes i know a lot of people have had this same issue of the Dual-sense Controller not working in games but after trying just about every option following countless guides and hours of fiddling with settings i am at a loss to understand why i cannot get it to work.
So in settings/Controller everything is unchecked apart from game rumble and PlayStation support is enabled.
each individual game has Steam support disabled.
Widows sees my Controller as does Steam and all is working perfectly and tests correctly.
I have also gone into the config file and deleted the SDL_gamepadbind line but every time i run Steam that line returns so i am thinking this is the problem.
Also starting in big picture mode does does not work,i can navigate through the menu using the controller but as soon as i enter a game i get nothing
If i enable Steam support it defaults to an Xbox controller in every game with obviously the wrong buttons otherwise with Steam support i get nothing.
I am pulling my hair out at this point so any help would be greatly appreciated.
