I bought a new controller a few months ago, and every time I boot up my PC I load up a game "Trails Into Reverie" etc and it doesnt recognise my controller. The green light is on, on my Controller.

I wonder if its to do with MSCONFIG, because a few days ago I looked at the options and under general tab "Selective Startup" is checked rather than normal boot.

Would this be the case? Do I need to change it back to Normal Boot? I think I may have changed it one day because a game wasn't working.

Is this why my controller isnt being recognised because of Selective Startup". I keep having to unplug and replug it in each time
