those pop ups that happen when we log in after we've closed them?

I have gotten in the habit of hitting the close button as soon as they come up, but just as I pressed it I noticed it was something about No Mans Sky so now I'm interested but I can't find a way to find it again.

I'm assuming everyone knows what I'm talking about when I say pop up box when you log in??? Lots of times (not all) when I sign in a smaller than full screen box pops up announcing sales, events, etc and you can click on them to get more info. Sometimes a single pop up will have many things to see that you press the right arrow key to move through, while sometimes it may be a single thing with no arrow to scroll through. Hope I'm explaining that right. I'm guessing we all get them?
