Ban on cs
Well, me and my friends were playing CS and then I get kicked out in the middle of a match. And it says that I need to verify the game files. So I'm going to do that, but it stays at 0 regardless of how long I wait. And then I get banned for a week, I feel like it's not my fault. This has happened every time I've been banned.

your not banned, you have a cooldown. you are the one responsible for managing your cooldowns.

it's not my fault.

Oh, yes it. You are responsible for your account and all it's actions at all times. This includes networking faults.
You may not feel like it's your fault.

However it's not Valve's fault every time the sum total of your setup slips on a banana peel. Lots of people play the game without issues. And there's no way for Valve to detect random technical difficulties and deliberate disconnects to avoid losing and what not.

And in a universe where Valve did collect that much info, you'd probably have complaints about Valve spying on you.

If your setup is unreliable, it's within your power to address that. Being unhappy your setup causes you issues isn't Valve's problem to solve or accommodate.
