Trust us here, a kick from steam vavle games and whatever game devs, always have a reason.
A disconnection into a game server by ISP or other old network driver or connection lost is total different senarios.
ps.
from the past we have seen some games ban kick alot of cheats then they have gather enough evidence of it, that dont look like anything like that jsut bad choise of words then steam user might not know better in explan a kick.
Some common connection issue is bad cable wifi user and VPN taht prolong travel distance know as TTL or jomp per router, i dont think i have seen user go past 128 jump i think was made aa limitation in the OS or MS if i remember correctly.
point is live in asia worlds most populated area and same time use VPN might get you to max it, to know all possibilites here is impossible for any steam user to know , ask own ISP they might be better off with hidden network you go though and is not allowed to trace.
hoiland is also a well know location for past network knowleadge jump and go though in the old days and maybe still is. ( but thats years ago and maybe still is, ppl do not make tracert as they use to, and again pointless then iSP can avoid tell you how its routes goes.
