You can't. You have to have a billing address to make purchases on Steam. If it's one of those pre-paid credit cards, there should be a way to setup an address for the card.

Yes, which is most often where someone lives. I didn't feel like deep diving into OP's specific situation. Felt like the simplest answer was best. Really, though, it shouldn't need to be explained at all. "Ask a parent" would probably be the more correct path.

Huh, seems not to be as robust as I thought it would be, new to this whole mastercard thing as a 3rd worlder, thought that billing address is something that needs to be exact.
Isn't your billing info another security measure? I thought it had to match their records if not the transaction is declined.

Don't think so, I moved address over 2 years ago and have only just updated the details on here recently. Not had any problems purchasing anything here in the meantime
