Request for refund
Hello!

I requested a return of the product I bought. The request has been hanging for 2 days now and STEAM hasn't responded.

When will they respond? I'm tired of waiting.

Just be patient as long as the request is still open.

I know we're used to a lot of things being instantaneous. Not everything is. You requesting a refund doesn't put it in the front of the queue.
