She and an accomplice tried this with me last night. If someone messages you via Steam saying they accidentally reported your account and you need to talk to this Sarah person, it is a scam.

Of course, covering up some of the text with the image of the person is one of those, "anyone who still buys this is a ripe mark" type thing, or gross incompetence from the scammer, you decide!
