Same Payment Info Across Multiple NEW Steam Accounts?
I have a feeling I know the answer, but I should ask anyway before I proceed.

I want to have multiple accounts for CS2 so I can aquire daily weekly drops. I'd like to purchase the prime status to do so on a visa giftcard, and with the balance available I can stretch it across 3 new accounts. I'd like to just set them up right away, but I feel after successfully using it, the next time I go to use it there will be an issue. I don't want any accounts getting banned or locked, just want to have more fun with my hobby.

I also want to ask, can I use the same email? I read that you can have multiple acct under the same mobile authenticator, which I have 1 alt already, and was wondering if I could just save time by using the same email. I mean, it's all me. No fraud here, but I understand protections.

bans do not propagate through payment methods. Such bans would violate PCI DSS compliance and could get Valve in trouble.

You can use a single email address for multiple accounts. Also, bans do not propagate through email addresses.

The only way bans propagate is through a commonly used phone number or family library sharing.

Bans only share when using the same phone number on both accounts and when a family member borrows your game through sharing at the time of the infraction.

I just created 3 new accounts succesfully with the same billing info. Purchases done.
I go to authenticate the new accounts thru mobile, and I see text specifically stating that its okay to use the same phone # and it will likely be treated as the same identity. Not gonna make any steam families with the accts, so I take it im in the clear based on valve's words and the fact that the first alt shares a phone number but not email.

You think ill be good with 6 accts sharing an email, all 7 sharing a phone number but none are in a family?
Same email address doesn't matter for bans but same phone number does.
