Download gets stuck at same percentage everytime
I’m trying to download cyberpunk 2077 on steam, my first ever game downloaded on here. But no matter what i do the download gets stuck at 79% every time no matter how many times i restart the download or how many caches or different internet options i try, i’ve looked everywhere and doesn’t matter how long i leave the download going it never moves past this point.

What size is the disk you're downloading it to and how much free space does it have.

Assuming there's enough space check the disk health.

Damn I feel this. This happens to me only with "Dystopika", as it gets stuck to 55% according to the Download page and 63% according to Library page, while Steam still shows 1.4MB/s of active download.The other games install and work fine (ATM).
When I try to contact Steam I always get some "error". I exhausted all the common technical solutions (verified the files - but shows 0 - rebooting, changing region, clearing the cache, repairing Steam folder), and just gave up on it.
