HELP my steam account is linked to an unknown EA Account/Email

Hi everyone, I need some help regarding an issue when logging in to the EA App via Steam.
When I try to sign in using the "Sign in with Steam" option, it takes me to a page asking to verify my identity by sending a code to an email like this: te*@decorativemail.com.

The problem is, that’s not my email at all , I’ve never owned or used that address. I'm using my own Steam account, and somehow it seems like my Steam is linked to a completely different EA account that I don’t recognize.

As a result, I can’t log into the EA App or access any EA services.
I would really appreciate any help or suggestions on how to:
Unlink my Steam account from this unknown EA account and
Re-link my Steam to the correct EA account that I own.

Contact EA support. That is basically your only option.

same problem when trying to claim the BF6 through intel
this is the email shown on mine

like wtf is even this address

i contact the EA live support
a staff call Mansi said cant even find my steam acc...
and tell me to go find steam support...

Go back to EA support can tell them to get their ♥♥♥♥ together. Steam Support cannot remove something that is 100% done on EA's end. In fact Steam Support doesn't have anything info about the link at all.

Classic boilerplate response under the alias... Continue nag them until a real person finally gets to reply.

Why do people always assume linking is done on steam's end? It is always with the place that makes the game. Steam is only a store. Do you complain to walmart if your sugar has bugs in it? Probably, but the manufacturer is the one responsible for it.
