Google is not Steam

Google keep saying the option is there, but it is not on my most updated steam.

Steam > Settings > In Game > Save external copy

Save External Copy just saves a jpg version. I am looking for the option to save it as uncompressed (e.g. PNG).

Maybe pictures will be better
