High quality screenshots
Hi

i'd like to take high quality screenshots, but Steam only saves low resolution pics. I read you have to activate "save uncompressed file but i can't find the option..

Anyone know how to solve that?

thx.

This will however only provide you with a local raw image saved to a directory on your PC.

- Open Steam > Settings > In-Game.

- Check “Save an uncompressed copy” and choose a folder.

When you take a screenshot (default key: F12), Steam will save both a compressed version and a high-quality .png in that folder.

This option does not exist which I have already stated. Not sure why you've repeated what I wrote with the outdated information..

a bit late but it really isn't worth it. the compressed screenshots generally take up way less storage and still have the same quality, the difference only being a few pixels if even that. you can't tell a difference unless you ram your face into the monitor
