Two Accounts; Lost Game
Some time ago I had two accounts. I was able to talk to some one on the phone at Steam and I got all my games in one account and then canceled the now empty one. The account I have now works fine. The problem is one game did not transfer over. When I tried to reload the game and entered the key on my "newer" account, I got the message that the key was already taken; Of course, by me! After hours of trying to contact them in some way I'm at the end so I'm trying here as a last resort. Any ideas - anyone?

Not much of that could be true as there is NO way to transfer games from one account to the other.

You can access that Game by logging in to the account it is permanently bound to.

You were probably using Family Sharing to access the game from your new account.

Steam has never had a phone line to call for support like that.
