When scrolling in steam, it'll be very choppy. If I try to open something like a game update, it'll lag so badly that I'll scroll, then a full second later, it will actually scroll down.

I've tried with hardware acceleration both on and off and I've tried clearing the download cache, but the problem persists. Help?
