I have a problem with an app that I bought and now it's gone.
I reinstalled my computer and when I downloaded Steam, the wallpaper engine application that I bought a long time ago is gone and now it requires me to buy it again, why is it not in my libraries?

Try the above solution, if that doesnt work then you are logged into the wrong account.
