NecroDome - Original CD

So NecroDome was released some time ago, and I thought well, maybe I can add NecroDome that I already own, and I don't have to buy it again, and I can play it again, because well, I don't have a CD/DVD/BLURAY-Burner/Player in my computer. I mainly use memory sticks for everything, nowadays. A bunch of games are more or less decoration now instead, because of that. Many of them doesn't have a CD-Key, because it was pre-ALL YOUR BASE BELONGS TO US, here we don't want our ♥♥♥♥ stolen take CD-key... "/ Who cares really, share and let people donate if it's a good effort put into it.

Is there a way to get the title added to my library without having to buy it again? Maybe it might be possible, because in 1996 as it states on the disc, Mindscape owned it, who's associated with it now.

Steam isn't going to recognize your CD Key as ownership of a game copy, if that's what you're asking. You could reach out to the owners of the game, presuming they would be willing to give prior owners a new game key to claim on Steam, but that's not likely to happen.

In these instances, unless you can boot up yours from the original CD, if you want to play it again through Steam you'll have to buy it again on Steam.
