Non-installed game stuck in scheduled update queue.
No seeming way to remove it from scheduled update, it's not been installed for ages, it just randomly stuck itself in the update queue randomly. Wtf. Would I have to like, download it then uninstall again or something?

steam do not want ppl to make a issue and then use i solve this myself. also not the point with a forum of suggestion from others.

Turns out restarting Steam fixed it, just gotta figure out how to lock this thread now.
