Gifts of support
I want to purchase a game as a gift and give it to the owners of the game so they can do a give-away. The problem is the company can't be selected to gift because it says they already own the game. The same problem would exist if I wanted to give it to a streamer I know who owns the game so they can give it away.

Also, there is no general or other reason in Support(unless I'm missing something) to get help with this.

Gifts go to the recipient's library, not inventory.
Years ago it was possible to store gifts in the inventory, but not anymore.

Once a game has been gifted to a recipient they cant gift it anyway as its now tied to them.
This idea is a no go there on all sides forget it as it breaks the Gifting Protocols.
Support cant help you as they work within the guidelines as outlined above .
Gifting is giving to someone who doesnt own the game.

What your looking for is game keys. There are several sites that sell game keys. I don't really buy game keys myself, so i cant really advise you what sites are best to use and which ones to avoid.
