steam gift card problem
hello guys, so i bought about 500€ in steam gift cards 27 hours ago, 4 of the cards worked without issues but the remaining ones aren't working and until now they aren't working i still get the same error message, i contacted steam support and said that they cant do anything and that i have to go back to the retailer, i went back to the retailer and he said that the cards have been activated correctly and that it is with steam that i should talk, i talked back with steam and they said go to the retailer lmao i donno what to do anymore?!!!

this is between you and the retailer. make sure you havent entered the codes wrong since many numbers and letters may look similar. such as 0 O, B 8, 5 S, etc.

i did enter the codes correctly i tried 5 times each card, the retailer said it is a steam server issue maybe and that they can do nothing since the cards have been activated correctly, they even showed me on their terminal that the cards have been activated

the retailer said the cards have been scrateched i cant refund them, your problem is with steam now.

Sounds like the retailer scammed you and is blaming steam for the issue.

Most retail employees/cashiers don't know anything about it and you simply have to contact their support.

What is the exact error message you are getting?
The Steam Servers are under some persistent DDOS attacks over the last few days and it could be simply because of that.

Maybe wait a day and then try the other codes again.
