Before buying a key, double check to make sure it's a Steam key.
Some publishers -- those running their own DRM platforms like EA, Ubisoft etc. -- do not sell Steam keys. Some games are only sold on Steam, so you won't find them in other stores.
There are many grey market key sellers (whose names we cannot mention here) and you should never use them because they often use stolen keys, stolen accounts, etc. You risk getting a key and it being rescinded.
