My Old Phone Number is Gone, But Im Still Actively using the steam account linked into it. What Should i do?

I need help about my current situation. i have my authenticator on my phone but the number is gone. I see that someone say that i can change it with the code provided by the authenticator but should i do that? or as long as i have the authenticator then im fine?

what save step should i use?

Try ''remove the old number'' section, there is also a option under that section for if you dont have the old number anymore.

so u recommended me to change it for safety? even right now im not having any issue. but just to be safe i need to change it asap?

That's totally up to you if you want to keep your accounts details up to date or not.
