Gifting now working
my friend is gifting me a game but it's not working. we live in the same region and he's using steam credits

Sounds like he has a gifting flag on his account that will prevent him from using wallet funds to buy game gifts. He should ask Support to verify this. In the meantime, he should be able to use non-wallet funds instead.
