wanting to help a user on flashing lights
his game crashed "Crash_2019-05-08_173600" game up
this had happen to me only on fire department choice during a structure fire
crash 2 minutes. i tried idea out that gave it up 35 minutes. note it's not a game issue, so it's not allowed. it's called recovery. where would it be allowed

If PC is damage in anyway then we cant help you or game devs or steam, you can validate game intergrity of files that all we can do as users,

Not sure fire cover normal procedur, thats impossible for us to know how much smoke or air polution that pc has take in through its fans or know here.

Any here know very well even fogotten food burn on stove by mistake can fill rooms fast. ( atleast we can open windows after such event or stop it. before it get to much. where your are in all of this i dont not have the experience to know how poluted that smoke is or has damage eletronic. +dust issue in top of this on such product.

Dont expect any here has such knowledge about it. thats included game devs and steam.

you need a assessor i think its call to deem aka. judge such.
