Free space on drive doesn't increase after uninstall game
I play "uma musume" and it store about 300mb in my E drive(my set drive to store steam games) and about 6gb in appdata/locallow in C drive. My C drive free space is low so i uninstall the games, before uninstall i have around 11 gb free, and after uninstall i have 16. But after i restart my pc, my C drive only have 9gb free left, so i try to figure out what happen and i found this:

1. If i reinstall the game and has it update the 6gb to the locallow file then restart, i will have 11gb free again.

2. I use windirstat to check, then i found out that whenever i uninstall the game then restart, a file called "pagefile.sys" will appear and take up about 8gb of my free space, when i reinstall the game it'll disappear.

I search on google about this file and find that it's not safe to delete this file. So i try to set it to be clear after shutdown but it's doesn't work.

So do anybody have an idea why it only appear after the uninstall? And how can i uninstall the game and have my free space back?

These files can be deleted safely
Temp files
saves from game
Empty recycle bin.
Run your disc clean up and check what the results are then delete what it finds.
