Purchase not going through but already paid for it

Hi steam team hope y'all are doing well so a few hours ago I bought the game the henry stickmen collection for $14.99 with my grandma's money and she's done everything she could to make the payment go through and for whatever reason the purchase doesn't want to go through steam is there anything else that I could do without having to repurchase the game or do any of that or I'd never ask this of y'all but could y'all potentially buy the game for me by chance.

This is a user forum.

If the purchase didn't go through, it's usually a banking issue, such as the card blocking online purchases or the bank flagging it as suspicious (requiring a call to the bank to straighten out)

What's the status of the purchase?

It's said that it failed but my grandma already called the bank to figure it out and it went through on their end not on my end.

Pending = Valve did not get the money yet so wait. It will fail or complete.
Failed = Valve did not get the money for some reason. Your bank will release the money back to you.
Complete = Contact Support https://help.steampowered.com/en/
